This home is located in the up and coming Downtown Area of Wilmington near the Castle Street District, Cargo District and Downtown "proper." This is an urban area with lots of neighbors that will undoubtedly wave and say hello! As this is an up and coming downtown area, we have seen explosive development in the last few years, some which is currently underway. In the area, you may find urban foot traffic, bicycle traffic or someone may approach you and ask for money. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, but do ask that you be polite.

Interior is beautifully decorated and very cute!! Comfortable and perfect for a group of 5! The location is nothing to write home about but it is located a few min from downtown area and local cafes. The cleanliness could use some extra attention
