This home is located in the up and coming Downtown Area of Wilmington near the Castle Street District, Cargo District and Downtown "proper." This is an urban area with lots of neighbors that will undoubtedly wave and say hello! As this is an up and coming downtown area, we have seen explosive development in the last few years, some which is currently underway. In the area, you may find urban foot traffic, bicycle traffic or someone may approach you and ask for money. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, but do ask that you be polite.

Jim and Kate were great hosts! They provided a clean house that sleeps a lot. The instructions were easy to follow and they provided great local recommendations. They were very responsive and on top of things.
